Rally Pickleball Pickle Pump (HIIT Workout)

Wednesdays, 7am- 8:15am (OUTDOORS or INDOORS if it rains)

We're partnering with fitness studio, VoloFit, to bring this new kind of workout routine to life. Pickle Pump is a circuit-based, high-intensity, BOOTCAMP style, interval training class that incorporates strength training, agility exercises, and pickleball into the workout. Imagine a unique fusion that combines the intensity of a full-body HITT workout, with the game of pickleball.  

Details:

Levels:

  • This class is not level dependent. All levels, including beginners, are welcome.

Intensity: 2/3 (this is a workout class- expect to sweat!)

What to Expect:

  • Rotation-based session that incorporates both on-the-floor strength exercises and on-court pickleball play
  • Circuit based fitness, body weight, & strength workouts
  • High volume of shots 
  • Cardio based drills and hitting 


The Fine Print:

  • Classes open for sign-ups two weeks in advance
  • $30/class or purchase a 4-pack of classes for $104
  • Free 30 min open play after the class (if courts are available)
