Ready to rev up your pickleball game? Pickle Pump is your ticket to a high-energy, skills-based workout on the court. In the first half, we focus on ball-feeding to get you moving and grooving. Then, it's time for some 'active rest' with live-ball sparring. And don't forget the BURNS – quick on-court exercises for that extra sizzle. We cap it off with a playful game. Get ready to sweat, strategize, and supercharge your skills!

Levels:

  • Intermediate (can maintain a rally & play a solid point)
  • Advanced (experienced, high-level, competitive player)

Intensity: 2/3 (this is a workout class- expect to sweat!)
